Placing an Order

By placing an order with Xdobo, you are making an offer to purchase a product or service subject to these terms. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction), that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Xdobo reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized parties, including but not limited to resellers or freight forwarders.

Product pricing and availability are displayed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing or availability error, Xdobo reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

To place an order, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You may update or modify your cart at any time prior to completing your purchase. Orders may be placed as a guest or through a registered account. By creating an account, you may receive access to product updates, support, and promotional offers.

Xdobo may perform verification checks prior to order fulfillment, including validation of personal information, payment details, and fraud prevention checks. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Xdobo reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to correct any inaccuracies, update product information, or cancel orders at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to notify you in advance using the contact information provided.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Tracking information may take up to one additional business day to become available after shipment.

Payment

Certain orders may be subject to a verification process (typically within 24 hours) to protect against unauthorized payment use. To help prevent delays, please ensure your billing and shipping information matches the records held by your payment provider.

If your payment method is charged for an order that is later cancelled or modified, Xdobo will issue a refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
At this time, returns are only accepted at our designated warehouses located in the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Uganda.

 Eligible returns may be:

Exchanged for the same model (subject to availability), or
Refunded for the full purchase price of the merchandise, including applicable taxes

Please note:

Shipping fees and gift wrap charges are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable number of business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Authorization

A return authorization is required prior to sending any item back. Items returned without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and (where applicable) a return shipping label. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items. Use of the original packaging is strongly recommended.

Personalized Products

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

Gift Cards

Use of Xdobo gift cards is subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to such gift cards.

Promotions

Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to their respective terms and conditions. To qualify, orders must be placed within the stated promotional period. Unless otherwise specified, promotions cannot be combined.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xdobo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
